Pollinator Protector Pledge
Educate Yourself ~ Empower Yourself ~ Take Action ~ Be the Change ~ Better Together ~ We Are Nature ~ We Can Heal ~ We Can Evolve!
The health of pollinators is inseparable from the health of our communities, watersheds, food systems, and future generations.
This pledge is about caring for the piece of Earth entrusted to you and strengthening the living thread that connects us all.
As a Pollinator Protector:
I will protect the soil by avoiding harmful pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides.
I will protect the watershed by conserving water, reducing pollution, and disposing of toxic materials responsibly.
I will provide food, habitat, and water for pollinators through native and drought-resilient plants.
I will learn the history of the place I call home, including the Native peoples and traditional ecological knowledge of this land.
I will inspire others by sharing what I learn and inviting my community to participate in pollinator protection and ecological stewardship.
I recognize that every person is responsible for their place.
No matter how small my space, my actions matter.
I am a Pollinator Protector.
